Hi,
I have tried this on two different computers: Surface Pro and HP
I can not detect my Circuit Playground to upload or save files. I've been getting an error that i need to use a 2.0 USB? How do I get around this now? My Surface Pro isn't even that new, so I can't believe that is a valid error message.
I'm tempted to re-boot, but I don't have another $30 to buy another disc if something goes wrong. Please help me
Thank you,
Vicki

Re: CIRCUIT PLAYGROUND EXPRESS - UNABLE TO DETECT
What version of Windows are you using?
Did it ever work for you? Are you using CircuitPython or MakeCode or Arduino?
If you double-click the reset button (or single click, if you were running MakeCode), do all the NeoPixels turn green, or do they turn red, or do nothing?
Could you do a screenshot of the 2.0 USB error message and tell us how you get to that?
