So, I'm trying to get my CircuitPlayground to simply run any MakeCode. Blinky, hand wash station, whatever.
I copy the code to CPLAYBOOT, I see it there and it appears to have copied. So I unplug the device and replug it. The demo code is still running. When I double click the reset button to mount the device, the file I copied is not there and the original UF2 file seem unaltered.
So, I've tried updating the bootloader. Well, since the CP doesn't seem to recognize that new code is placed on it, it doesn't run.
I have half a mind to try flashing the bootloader bin. Haven't tried it yet though.
Should I? How do I go about it?
Richard
Bootloader not updating ... MakeCode not running either.

Are you still able to get the CPLAYBOOT folder to show up?

Thanks for the reply! (sorry I'm late, LOL)
Anyhow, yes. I was trying to load the CP Express firmware on the CP BLE. Doh! Once I figured that out, it was smooth sailing.
