Connecting Playground Express

Dear,

I bought the Playground Express board and tried to connect it to my Mac Laptop,
After I did this there should have been detected a hard drive but that didn't occur,
I placed the board to bootload mode by pressing the reset button twice but no harddrive was detected,
After 10 seconds my board re-changed automatically back to normal mode,

I tried the same on my Windows 10 PC and had the exact same issues,

After this I installed the Arduino IDE and I was able to download the programs through here but no hard disk ever appeared,

Could anyone help me in this matter, I'm really out of options...

Thank you kindly for the response,
I tried the steps in the link but still I don't get the folder,

They speak of a bad USB cable but I just bought a grand new Data USB cable and get the same issue,
Also the neopixel leds should all go green once connected but it seems the program just stops and the LED keep their last lightning color,

After 10 seconds the program just restarts,

Any more suggestions,

Hi Ridge_Energy. I have found that I need to press the reset button twice within 1 second to get the device to connect as an external drive.
