my cpx drive disappears
this is a windows 10 environment. makecode works. the simulator works. the usb port works. I push the reset button on the hardware and get the green lights. I pair the device in the makecode (right hand side icon). but I still cant download (copy) my code/projects to the cpboot drive (D: drive in my case). Help please!

If you press the reset button twice does that enter bootloader mode for you? All LEDs go red and then green and there is a pulsing status LED in red? There should be a CPLAYBOOT drive visible on your desktop.

If you are using MakeCode, then you go to the bootloader by pressing reset only once. If you have CircuitPython or an Arduino program loaded, it takes a double click.
Are you using the browser upload method? If you just download the .uf2, can you drag it to the CPLAYBOOT drive manually?
