I'm looking to produce a run of about 100 devices built around the CPX. My current thinking is to have some custom PCBs made that will need an electronic connection to some of the CPX alligator pads. The easiest assembly technique I can think of is to use brass standoffs and screws a la Gizmo, but this is meant to be a wearable device, and I'm worried about the screws coming loose.
Are they any alternatives for making a permanent, robust connection to these pads? Soldering would be too much work for 100 units, and alligator clips are obviously out of the question. Should I just tighten the screws as solidly as possible and put a drop of glue on each one, or are there other options that have worked for people in the past?
Best practices for permanent connections to CPX pads?

Solder is the best solution, and IMO would be a lot less work/time than screws & standoffs. Not to mention a lot cheaper, smaller, lighter.
