Hey,
I'm trying to start programming with a Circuit Playground Bluefruit (CPB) and I've followed the instructions in the starting guide but when I double tap the reset button the lights stay red rather than going to green. I'm on Windows 11 and I've tried it with two computers, both windows 11. Neither time has it gone green or been detected by the computer itself. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

Re: Circuit Playground Bluefruit unable to be detected
The red lights indicate the board does not see a USB connection to the host computer. The usual reason for this is that the USB cable you are using is not passing data. There are power-only USB cables used only for charging, but they look identical. Please try a "data/sync" cable, not a cable you got for charging use with some device. If you can, verify that the cable is good using a phone or other device that needs a data connection.
