AdaBox Subscriptions and Coupon Codes

by ReddBeardii on Wed Dec 14, 2016 7:47 pm

I wasn't sure if this should be a separate thread or not.

I have two separate AdaBox subscriptions. However, I don't seem to have received a coupon code for either of them. I received both AdaBox 002 shipments today and the insert card indicated the coupons would be under my account. I checked my account under the "Gift Certificates and Coupons" as indicated elsewhere on the site and forums. Unfortunately, there don't appear to be any coupons or codes there. Was this offer only available for subscriptions prior to the shipment of AdaBox 001?

I’m new to the forum and can’t figure out how to start a new topic. But that’s another issue.

I would just like to know when shipping dates roughly are. It says quarterly, is this business quarterly? Does it very? I like to plan things out financially and would at least like to have more of an idea before I subscribe.

It varies from one Adabbox to the next. There are delays in the supply chain we can't control, and sometimes it takes longer than expected to get the parts for a given shipment. There are also potential delays in our own kitting, testing, and QA.

Once we know they're ready to ship, we start shipping. We see no reason to delay shipping just to hit a target date.
