I have a similar issue, and I am not able to get into bootloader mode. When I try, I get a pop up from windows that Windows does not recognize the USB device, and it shows up in Device Manager as "Unknown USB Device (Set Address Failed)".dastels wrote:Can you get into bootloader mode? Any recommendations?

Update on this. After I read a different thread here that talked about underpowered USB ports, I tried a port on the back of my computer. (I had been using the more accessible ports on the front.) This time it worked, so that might have been the issue.petronivs wrote:I have a similar issue, and I am not able to get into bootloader mode.
