I have looked far and wide for rubber feet that work well on the macro pad, based on the post in viewtopic.php?f=59&t=181298&p=882463#p882463
A lot of them are plan terrible, even though they look good on paper. Most of them are for "impact resistance" or isolation, very few of them are actually for non-slip.
The ones that end up passing muster are these ones: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V1K32NH. They have the right hole size, aren't overly large, and stay in place. They more or less match the ones in the original post from @SoldierMask from what I can tell.
The ones that I wish actually worked but didn't are: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MBN4WSR. They are the perfect size, smaller, with a reinforcement washer built in. However they are slippery on almost any surface I tried and therefore more or less useless.

2x 25mm (3x0.5mm thread) standoffs (732-10450-ND), 4x rubber feet (36-720-ND) that the original 3mm screws fit into.
Works perfect; lots o' grip at just the right angle so the keys don't hide the OLED (unless you are really short).
