made the mistake of installing this file to FTHRBOOT instead of the UF2 now file system is hosed. Is there a way to clear it?

There's some instructions here for when the file system gets clobbered: https://learn.adafruit.com/welcome-to-c ... sues-19-20

Also, if you're looking for UF2 builds, they started building them in the nightlies but they're not linked on the Github page yet. You can grab the latest here: https://adafruit-circuit-python.s3.amaz ... 0_express/

I just put a build on mine and was able to get it up and running.

The BOOT filesystem is fake so a simple restart into the bootloader should clear it. Are you still having an issue?

When I try to drop the Circuitpython UF2 on BOOT it complains the file is to large.

What version of the bootloader is it? It should be in a file on the drive.

UF2 Bootloader 0.2.6 lib/nrfx (v1.1.0-1-g096e770) lib/tinyusb (legacy-525-ga1c59649) s140 6.1.1
Model: Adafruit Feather nRF52840 Express
Board-ID: NRF52-Bluefruit-v0
Bootloader: s140 6.1.1
Date: Dec 21 2018

The other concern is I do not see a serial port after a regular reset.

That is the latest bootloader.

What does the NeoPixel do after a regular reset?

I'm running out of ideas for this.

Neopixel flashes red, Win10 USB chimes followed by Windows does not recognize this device. All this occurred within 15 minutes of plugging it in for the first time.

If the bootloader is reliable it doesn't seem like a hardware issue.

You should get a yellow flash if circuitpython is working ok. The red L led should blink as well.

Are you on Discord (https://adafru.it/discord)? I can try and send you test builds of CircuitPython there.
