PyPortal - no power or status light
Hello,
I bought a new PyPortal along with other items with Order ID: 2655963-621378796.
When I connect PyPortal to my laptop, I am getting no power or any status light. I have tried the reset button with single and double-tap many times.
I have also purchased Cricket and Circuit Playground Express in the same order. I am able to set them up successfully, so I do not think it is a USB cable issue.
I have tried a few different USB cables and two different laptops, and my main laptop to see if I get any power or status light to PyPortal but no luck.
Would you please let me know if I am missing something, or will you please help with a replacement if it's a defective PyPortal?

Well, there isn't a power led. The Neopixel is for "status" and the small LED is connected to D13.

If double pressing reset never gets you the PORTALBOOT drive, then the board sounds DOA. please confirm that you've tried double-reset with different speeds and that there's no response.

There is not even a sound that you get when you connect a USB drive.

I can confirm that I have tried double-reset with different speeds (and with different ports, laptops, and cables) and that there's no response.
I am not able to see PORTALBOOT drive.

Can you please let me know what should be the next step? I would like to get a replacement soon if the board is defective.

The last and only response I got was on Wed, Sep 15. Today is Sep 24.

Am I missing something? How do I get a replacement if this board arrived damaged?

I am not trying to be critical, but I should not need to keep checking for a board that was shipped or received in non-working condition. There is no one to reach out to escalate, which makes me worried about placing feature orders.
