Hi,
I've received my PyPortal Titano today but it won't boot.
As you guys can see in the attached pics I've tried connect it directly to the computer and with RasPi power supply. Screen is black and the LED shows no signs of life.
What can I do?

When connected to your mac, does the PORTALBOOT drive mount when you double-press reset?

OK, sounds like a bad unit. Please email support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread, your order number, and request the replacement of one PyPortal Titano.
