Circuitpython Issue Reporting

by akbykraz on Thu Mar 18, 2021 4:56 pm

So, one finds a possible 'bug' in code, reports it to the GitHub for research/solving, 'bug' is found
& fixed, new lib/code is released in next batch release ... Is there any way to see what was
found/fixed in the new release for the 'bug' that was submitted ? (I'm always curious) ... GitHub
has got lots of info & being new to all this (it's a little overwhelming), I'm not sure where to start looking ...

Thanks,

A closed issue usually contains a reference to the pull request that fixed the issue. For example:
https://github.com/adafruit/circuitpython/issues/4425
contains this mention: "Add getter for displayio.Palette item transparency/opacity. #4426".
That mention is a link to pull request #4426, which has all the detail on the changes.
