Pyportal Titano not able to mount

Post by farrarj86 »

I have a Pyportal Titano that I had tried to make The Cleveland Museum of Art Pyportal Frame which I wasn't able to get to move past the main screen of the Museun logo. I'm trying to reset the board but I cannot get it to mount. on my Windows 10 box it looks like it mounts CIRCUITPY shows up and then after a short time I get a message that the USB device connected not recognized/Malfunctioned. On my Linux box it won't allow me to mount it at all.

I have been able to get it into PORTALBOOT mode and have updated the boot loader, but that's all I have been able to do successfully so far.

Just to make sure - you're able to get the PORTALBOOT folder to show up reliably?
