Hi - late last week I bought four ItsyBitsy RP2040 and they arrived over the weekend. Yesterday I was setting them up for CircuitPython. Three of the four boards I can get to enter the bootloader and bring over the UF2 CircuitPython file just fine. The fourth unit I've tried multiple times and can't get it to enter the bootloader mode.
I'm on a Mac, but I didn't have trouble with the other three.
Any suggestions for what to troubleshoot or tricks to try? Or is it possible there is a bad soldering connection and the Boot button isn't connected?
Thanks - Tim

Is everything else the same as much as possible? Like USB cable, port, etc.
Is there anything attached to the board? Or are these being used as is straight from box?

Re: ItsyBitsy RP2040 not entering bootloader
Sorry for the slow reply, I need to check the notification settings.
All ItsyBitsy boards are direct from the package. Not connected to any further circuitry.
Same cable, same computer, same method for pushing boot select and reset.
I'm glad I purchased a couple, as I was able to verify all is good with the three others and when I repeat the exact actions on the forth, I can't get into boot loader.

OK, that one seems like an odd ball. Not sure what's up with it, but let's just replace it. Send an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread and your order number and they can send you a new Itsy RP2040.
