corrupting my ItsyBitsy

I need your help, please!
While I was trying to install the new UF2 Bootloader (adafruit-circuitpython-itsybitsy_m0-2.2.4.uf2) to my Adafruit ItsyBitsy M0 Express board I corrupted the flash.
If I press now the Reset button or plug the device off and on I hear the USB-sound as it will sign-on, but nothing happens (the device is not coming up). The only thing happens on the ItsyBitsy is the following:
- The RGB DotStar LED and the red LED flashes short and than the RGB DotStar LED holds the green light on.
Thus I can't write to the USB-filesystem to correct anything (before I saved the files delivered from the factory).

Before the USB-filesystem was corrupted, I tried to restore the files I saved before. But there were some mysteries files I can't delete (some names with one special character e.g.). I tried to restore the lib-directory too and the other files but at least I ended in the described chaos above.

Is it possible to program the external flash or the internal chip flash with a new ItsyBitsy?

I am pleased to hear your feedback.
