Hi! I recently soldered up an Itsy Bitsy M0. When it's plugged in to USB, it appears as a disk and the lights light up.
When I use my multimeter on the 3V pin I see 3.2V as I'd expect.
When I switch the multimeter to test any of the BAT, USB, or Vhi pins, I get zero volts.
Did I fry something accidentally? Is there any recovery from this?
The solder joints all look ok. I don't see any pins being bridged or anything.

Post a photo showing your hardware and the connections you're using to measure, say, the voltage on the BAT pin please. 800x600 images usually work best.

I have photos of 3V working and Vhi and USB at 0 volts. I'm powering it over USB so I guess I wouldn't expect anything on BAT.
I tried another Itsy-Bitsy (not pictured) and Vhi and USB were 5v with the same setup.

Your voltmeter is not saying 0 V (which I believe would show up as 0.000), instead it is saying OF (that's a capital O, capital F). OF stand for OverFlow and it means that the input signal has exceeded the maximum input as determined by your Range. It appears your Range is set to 4 volts, which is fine for the 3.3 v reading but not so good for voltages closer to 5 volts.

That is true, and I tried again with it in set to "auto" range and it now reads as 5v. For some reason I had given myself the impression that the range control worked in powers of 10, rather than a cutoff at 4v.
I think my original problem (NeoPixels not appearing to get power when plugged in to Vhi) may have been due to some flaky jumper cables. I then confused myself into thinking it was the microcontroller because I wasn't using the multimeter correctly.

There's no built-in voltage monitor pin on the ItsyBitsy. You can connect a 100k-100k voltage divider between BAT and GND then read the voltage at the center of the divider with any of the analog inputs.
