ItsyBitsy M4 Express QSPI Flash Chip Model

What QSPI 2Mb flash chip is being used on the ItsyBitsy M4 Express board? Do you have a chip model number or part number? Need to know what clock frequency the Flash chip is. Thanks!

Also, to clarify, is it 2MB or 2Mb of flash?

Nope, not yet! Maybe an Adafruit Staff Member will get back to me some day...

I'm going to go with https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/ ... ND/9484761 based on the response here viewtopic.php?f=62&t=140386&p=694502&hilit=part+number#p694502

It seems to be the same memory in the M4 and M0. I also took a picture of the flash chip on the M4 express.

This is a Gigadevice chip. What's confusing is that the markings from the datasheet suggest that its a 512k device. So, not too sure what to make of it.

huh? the only 512s I see in the datasheet are WRT "sectors."
