ItsyBitsy nRF52840 Express UF2 Not Recognized
I am not sure what happened but pressed the RST and SW button several times in a row randomly and now the device is recognized by the computer as Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). I have a fast blinking blue status light with roughly two flashes per second. When I got to push the reset button the device shuts off completely and I have to unplug the power for several minutes before it turns on again. The cycle just repeats after that. I have followed the guide in this article https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-its ... leshooting but because the device is not recognized it does not do much. I'm hoping someone that who is familiar with the bootloader could help me. If there was a way to enter the bootloader without using the reset switch maybe that would work. I downloaded Mu but it does not detect the device. I have used the cable to upload code already so I'm fairly certain it is not the cable causing these issues. I have also tried two computers and many ports on each, but they both have the exact same problem.

I am having the same issue on a feather M4.
Was working fine. Unplugged the USB from the M4. Now
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.
I have cycled power, rebooted PC, deleted device drivers and reinstalled.
Still can not find the device it saw just a few minutes before.
No way to look at any configurations on the M4 that I am aware when the PC will not find the device.

@GabeGars,
Are you doing a double tap 'reset' to enter the bootloader?
