This is starting to get a little tedious.

I believe I have already answered the "how did it get there" question - I suspect I copied it when the board was not in boot mode as that is the only way I can get it to show up when I experimented with the M4 board to test that idea.

Yes, I have stated repeatedly, the questionable M0 board ONLY shows up as "USB Drive (H:)" or ITSYBOOT.

I only have WIndows 10 machines. A laptop and a desktop. The only time I have referred to Windows 7 is when I name the folder that was already present on the M0:
USB Drive (H:)\Windows 7 Drivers.

OK, this is also confusing from our end. It's possible that Itsy is just in a weird state. But let's just replace both.

Send an email to support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread and your order number and they can send you 2 replacement Itsy M0's.

Thank you.

I am very happy to ship it back to you (both of them) if you would like to troubleshoot further - in fact if you do that I would be very interested to learn what you find. Do you arrange the replacements or do I need to contact someone else?

Thanks, no worries. Just email support per above and they will work with you to get the replacements. At this point we don't need the other ones back. If the replacements act weird also, then we can investigate further.
