Actual SAMD51 microcontroller part number on Itsy Bitsy M4

Post by rjmerrill »

What is the actual part number of the ATSAMD51J19A microcontroller that is installed on the Feather M4 Itsy Bitsy module. Is it the 125 dec C parts or the 85 deg C parts? What temperature does the SAMD51 microM4 Itsy Bitsy run above ambient when it is running at 120MHz when 5.0V is connected to the BAT power?

I checked the sch / pcb design files, but they do not mention a specific part number. This magnified photo of the chip should help with some chip details.

theres a part shortage so we dont guarantee a particular temp range, you should assume lowest range if we do not specify it.
