Unable to mount GCM4BOOT

by mlre on Wed Oct 09, 2019 4:03 pm

Im using Adafruit Grand Central M4 Express board with arduino ide on a ubuntu machine.
I am successfully able to upload the "Blink" example. But after the upload is complete, I get following error on ubuntu machine.

Code: Select all | TOGGLE FULL SIZE
Error mounting /dev/sdb at /media/username/GCM4BOOT: Command-line `mount -t "vfat" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1401827638,gid=500,shortname=mixed,utf8=1,showexec,flush" "/dev/sdb" "/media/username/GCM4BOOT"' exited with non-zero exit status 32: mount: no medium found on /dev/sdb

How can i resolve this?

Take a look at this thread and see if it helps: viewtopic.php?f=63&t=155935

Ubuntu recently changed some settings to make the system ignore the blacklist file by default. That breaks our udev rules, which are necessary to talk to boards like the Grand Central.
