Metro 328 current draw

by Argel86 on Fri Apr 16, 2021 3:22 pm

Hi
How high is Metro 328 current draw normally? Looking for an Arduino Uno compatible board with lower power consumption. I know there are other ways to lower the consumption like deep sleep or lowering clock speed but I'm not sure that's applicable to my project.

The UNO 328 is pretty much equivalent to the UNO. And its current consumption will be similar. 20-30mA is typical for normal operation. The Atmega 328 does have some power-saving sleep modes that you can invoke via your software. Some of the more modern processors have more sophisticated power management.
