New Metro 328 power plug not working

New Metro 328 power plug not working

I just purchased the Metro 328. Everything works except the power plug. I also purchased a 4 x AA Battery Holder with 2.1mm Plug. This holder works with an older Arduino that I have, but the Metro 328 does not power on when I plug this in. I don't know where to find warranty information about this product or what I can do to replace or return it. Please let me know these things. Thanks!

Double check the ON/OFF switch next to the barrel connector.
4 x AA Battery Holder with 2.1mm Plug.
But this may not be enough voltage for use at the barrel jack:
Power the METRO with 7-9V polarity protected DC or the micro USB connector to any 5V USB source.
The kit comes with a 9V battery holder for comparison:
