Hello,
We have purchased 12pcs of display 1480 by Mouser. When we started to use it we saw that it has black lines on displays. We were already using this kind of displays in the past and all were working normally. Only these one are not ok.
We would need displays that are clear.
How can we solve it?

Please include a photo of the issue you are experiencing, as well as more information / code on what you're doing.

Attached are photos of displays. We are doing all the time the same with the same part number for some time but first time experienced this issue.

It seems you should start the return/replacement process with Mouser for the panels that aren't working properly.

I already did but they have transfered me to you. They have said they can't replace it since it is more than 3 months from our buy and that you can replace it.
Is it possible for you to replace it?
