OK, might need to MacGyver something. Can you find some paper clips or other short lengths of wire that could be inserted into the end of the battery connector:

That will let you test the voltage there with your multimeter by touching the meter probes to wires.

No voltage coming out of the white connector using your MacGyver tip but definitely ~4.8V going into the white connector.

OK, thanks for testing that. And all the other checks as well. Seems like maybe we've found the issue. Let's replace the battery pack and see what happens.
