I hope you will be able to help me with this, I am a very big fan of Adafruit since many years, this is my first purchased item, I am looking forward to this new clue experience, it seems that this might take a little longer, I am so impatient to try!
1/ Adabox purchased 9/18/20 Order Confirmation No: 2366596-5552829916
2/in my email below picture of the device on with the screen not fully responsive, now this screen does not show anything
3/ not a software issue
4/ not coding issue
5/ not on a project yet, not an issue
6/there are several post on the same problem show some connectivity issues on the clue,
7/the issue need replacement apparently from what I understand in the forum;
I hope you will be able to help me with this issue, I can wait to show this device to my IoT Community, but a working device would have more impact?
As this was a direct order to the US, could please facilitate the connection with a dealer, I fear they might turn me down as they did not make the sale, fyi I had to pay around 35$ to DHL for import TAX.
I really hope this will be solved quickly,
