Messed up screen

Post by julieb42 »

I purchased a Clue on September 10, and this just happened. I was having so much fun with it, too.

Is there a fix, or is it possible to get a replacement?

Thank you!

Is the display connector on the back of the board seated correctly? I.e. all the way in and straight, with both sides of the black slider/lock fully pushed in? It's conceivable that bumping or snagging on something could loosen/dislodge it.

Thanks for your quick reply!

I'm fairly certain the connector is seated correctly. This is the back of the board.

That looks as it should. I'll ask around and see if anyone has ideas. This just started happening?

Yes, it did. It's just been sitting on my desk. Thanks again for your help.

Nothing yet, so go ahead and email [email protected] with a link to this thread, your order number, and request the replacement of one CLUE.

Hello! I too am having the same issue with the Clue screen. I did check the connection and it is solid. I purchased mine on April 1, 2021
