So far everything has been working as I've started messing around, however, I can't get the display to turn on for the life of me.
I have all the libraries suggested here[0] currently and was attempting to do the tutorial here[1] which should use the display but still no indication the display is on at all. I dug up this thread[2] which seems similar but any combination of me slightly pushing on the cabling, etc. does not cause anything else to show promise.
Thoughts on what to try next?

Re: clue display not turning on
Forgot to mention I don't have my order # but I just received the order yesterday. I also was going to post pics of the front and back of the clue but the forum does not allow me to upload file sizes larger than 1MB and unfortunately I can't set the resolution on this camera so the lowest I can get them by tweaking the megapixels is still above 1MB.

Try putting the CLUE into bootloader mode and download and copy this UF2 test file to the boot folder:

You do not need to install Arduino.

put the test on there, nothing on display never powers up. steps 12-15 all work as intended.

Weird. All the connectors look fine. No obvious issues. Thanks for posting the photos BTW.
Let's just replace it. Send an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread and they can send you a replacement CLUE.
