Re: Adafruit CLUE nRF52840 RETURN
Can you please provide more information about what is happening. Is there an issue with the CLUE board?

Re: Adafruit CLUE nRF52840 RETURN
When I plug in the CLUE board via data transferring USB the CLUEBOOT does not display until after I double click the reset button. When I double click the reset button the data on the screen freezes and eventually resets on its own.
What is the process for return? I would hate to file a complaint about a product no longer needed.

Re: Adafruit CLUE nRF52840 RETURN
That is the expected behavior. When you double press the reset button you are entering bootloader mode. You will see the associated folder, CLUEBOOT, which is a feature of the UF2 bootloader. While in bootloader mode, application code is not running, so nothing will update on the screen.
It sounds like the hardware is working, so what to do next depends on how you want to use the CLUE. Are you wanting to use the CLUE with Arduino? With CircuitPython? Some other way?

Re: Adafruit CLUE nRF52840 RETURN
The product is not supposed to freeze and reset on its own leading to it ejecting without permission. This is a software issue.
