Faulty display

Post by bergdahl »

The display on my CLUE stopped working during my first project. There seems to be something wrong with the connection. I tried to reseat it in the connector, but that did not help. Part of the display starts working when I press on the connector. I made a video - https://www.dropbox.com/s/qf3a5jetw2hyd ... 6.MOV?dl=0.

From the video I see that the bottom display cable latch isn't seated (i.e. pushed all the way in). See if that helps.

Yeah, it was odd, when I pushed that one in the other one pulls out. So I pulled both out, pulled out the flat cable and reseated it. Still same problem though.

OK, please email [email protected] with a link to this thread, your order number, and request the replacement of one CLUE.
