I am an Adabox subscriber, and I finally found time to build a project with the Clue and water pump that came in Adabox0015 (https://www.adafruit.com/product/4491). Unfortunately, I ran into 3 issues, two of which are well documented in other forum posts.
Issue #1. Fragile motor connectors on Bonsai Buckaroo.
Like so many in forums, the motor connector tab broke easily while trying to apply enough pressure to insert the motor wire.
This is the forum post that shows others having the similar experiences: viewtopic.php?f=65&t=168865&p=827086&hilit=motor#p827086
Issue #2. The submersible pump that came in the AdaBox doesn’t work/start.
First I tried it with the Clue via the motor driver, but eventually tried it directly with the battery pack (3xAAA) that came in the Adabox. I made sure I was using fully charged batteries, but the motor would not spin. I suspect there is a defect with motor that is preventing it from spinning.

Issue #3. PVC tubing kinked.
The length of PVC tubing that came in the Adabox has a permanent kink in the middle of the line that prevents me from using it effectively as a single length of tubing.

Overall, I’d say my experience with AdaBox 15 was not up to the usual quality I associate with Adafruit and the other kits I’ve received before and since.
I'm hoping I can replacements for all three parts?
