clue drive not appearing MAC OS Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

Hi,
I'm new so hopefully this isn't obvious!
I'm running MAC OS 11.4 Bug Sur
when I plug the clue board in nothing happens. No messages in dmesg or the system.log at all.
No difference when I then double-click the reset button.

any help?

ok I'm a dummy - I was using a charge only cable! I didn't think I had any !
