How do you pronounce it?

Post by Guest »

x0xb0x = ckszero-ckszero-bzerox? Or some other way? Kinda sounds cool like that, but I'm wondering how Limor and the team pronounce it when talking about it to others.

We all know moog = mowg
Buchla = Buck-la

But x0xb0x thats tricky! :lol:

i've always said it's an ex-oh-ex-box, but maybe limor should subtitle the x0bx0x info page with a phonetic version of the name so we'll know what it's really supposed to be. ;)

there was a reference years ago on AH to x0xbox (sic) meaning any roland x0x, and being pronounced zox-box. that's what i assumed this was referring to.

eks-oh-eks is how I've always heard it, used to speak about the 101, 202, 303, 505, 606, 707, 808, 909 in general. Zocks is kinda cool to tho..

I say "ex oh ex box".

I think x0x like in programming where "x" is the variable for "3". So it goes, 303 Box. Wonder if thats how she came up with it?

I've been saying zocksbocks.

*shrug*. x-o-x-box is too many syllables for a 303.

I agree.
I either call it a "zocksbocks",
or an "ecks oh ecks".
though usually I take the path of least resistance and simply call it a "zocks" I think that's my favorite.
We all know it's a box. :twisted:

x0x x0x x0x x0x x0x x0x x0x x0x x0x x0x x0x x0x

I thought it was just IOTTMCO. Go figure.
