What kind of LED emitter is used in Pixie and Neopixels.

Hi, I got some Pixies and NeoPixles for my project which need a specific wavelength of green and blue light. I looked through the technical documents but I cannot tell whether the full on green light (0,255,0) is truly a 500nm-ish light or a mixture between blue and yellow light. If possible, can someone point me towards the specific type of light emitting diode that is used in PixiEs or NeoPixles. This way I can get a rough idea on whether these LEDs can suffice or I need to find something else.

The Neopixel chip datasheet is here. Spectral information is on page 5.

The Pixie uses these 3W LEDs. You can find spectral characteristics on pages 2 and 4 in the datasheet here:
