Is there a shield with WIZ5500 that I can use to provide ethernet for the EXPRESS M4 AIRLIFT. The Adafruit website shows one but when I click on it for more information, only Arduino is discussed. Help Please.

Do you have a Metro M4 Express Airlift or a Feather M4 Express + Airlift FeatherWing?

The WIZ5500 FeatherWing is based on SPI so it could be made to work in either configuration. If you are stacking multiple FeatherWings you will need to review the pins being used and manage the CS toggle for SPI bus control.

The guide provides Arduino and CircuitPython example code.

Thanks for your response. Not the featherwing because, the product description for the ethernet wing warned of limited Ethernet capability. I want a cluster connected by ethernet so I definitely want server capability.

So you are looking to combine these two products:

Adafruit Metro M4 Express AirLift (WiFi) - Lite

Ethernet Shield for Arduino - W5500 Chipset

If this is what you want to combine you will need to manage the SPI bus. As the WiFi and ethernet will both want access to it through the same pins.
