enclosure

Does anyone know where I can get a 5" plastic cube to use as a project enclosure? (Or other lightweight yet hackable material.) Either transparent or paintable will do. I've tried looking around in department stores in the office supplies and "miscellaneous trinkets" isles but haven't yet found anything close enough. I can make one out of plexiglass or something if forced, but I was rather hoping not to have to put that much time into it.

If you live in/near a medium-to-large city, you almost certainly have at least one plastics specialty store in your area.

When I lived in California, I had TAP Plastics, which sells raw matierials, custom-made assemblies, and some ready-made stuff. Including transparent memento display boxes in various sizes.
