New to Adafruit - Project Question
I have thought of a project that I would like to attempt and that has brought me to adafruit. After two days of searching I am still trying to find out if this is possible. I would like to take a set of neopixels to create custom lighting sequences. I want this to fit inside a hat so using the Trinket or Trinket pro is a must. I would like to push a button to start a looped sequence. If I push the button again it would move to the next looped sequence, and so forth ending with all pixels off. Is this possible for starters and would someone be able to point me in the right direction to get started. Thank you for your help!

Re: New to Adafruit - Project Question
Yes it is possible and a good project for someone moving passed the tutorials. Just start with the Strandtest code in the Neopixel library examples. Then add code to read the switch (digital read). Use the button press to to increment a counter variable. Then use the switch/case statements to pick the function in strandtest to display. Here are some links to get you started.
