Pimoroni pHAT BEAT

I have posted a problem in the past with some problems with the LED's not working properly. I have not received an answer. Please let me know how to replace this item. I have two orders for this product, the first one is Order #1510465-1866671094 and the new one is Order #1564783-8519762055. I would like some help getting this problem resolved.

I am having a similar issue with the LEDs on my Phat Beat. At first all was perfect with the vu meter then they weren't . Now all I get is two lines of multiple colors. My order number is:Order #1510465-1866671094 - Shipped.
FYI I had bought a Pirate Radio from Pimoroni but had a bad experience with soldering the header (upside down), so I ordered a new Phat Beat from Adafruit.

Post a photo showning both sides of the pHAT BEAT breakout please. 800x600 images usually work best.

Thank you.. in the top photo I see something that could be evidence of a short circuit in the lower-right LED.

When did you get the board?

I bought it on August 5, 2017, Order #1510465-1866671094. I posted the original thread on August 9, 2017, but never got a response.

Ah.. that explains why we missed it.

For future reference, it's always best to start a new thread for a new issue. Posts tagged onto the end of an existing thread, especially one that's been idle for a few months, are easy for us to miss.

That does confirm the original first post date though, so thank you.
