i want make clock with 7 semgent but i can not found circuits and program

well...not always, TTL logic can be a bad substitute for CMOS
unless you post a schem, stick with CMOS (HC and similar)

He's making a CLOCK. How fast can it go? Why wouldn't LS work in this very slow application? Where can he get 74HC92?

its not a speed thing so much as current draw requirements, voltage levels, and iirc LS logic is not 'totem output' but open collector
either way...check yer datasheets! :)
