Is there anything left to try? Is it possible that there is a hardware issue with the amplifier?

I can do a one-time replacement on the chance something is wrong with the output amp, but problems that still produce any audio output are pretty rare.

Send a note containing a link to this thread and your order number to [email protected]. The folks there will get you another FX Board to try.
