Hi Adafruit,
I ordered a UBEC DC/DC Converter (5V @ 3A) from CircuitRocks. I always buy Adafruit items from that store. It seems like the UBEC is not making the required 5V output despite the having an input of around ~8V.
I used 2 MH12210 Li-Ion batteries (~8.4 V total) as input power, and it only gives out around 2V output. I'm sharing with you the video of the setup.
I also tried with other similar batteries and it's still the same. Hopefully you can give some help about it.

Your connections all look correct. You can tell CircuitRocks that we authorize replacement of the UBEC. They can reference this thread for reimbursement via customer service.
