LED Voltage

hey guys, I am making a lightsaber, and I am trying to figure out what size resistor to get. I am running 5V of power and the LEDs take 3.6V 20mA power. I am new to LEDs and don't totally understand power. any explanation/instruction on what to get would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Josh
