Power lite LED comes on but no activity. The card works in other Pi3s...

Are the others Pi3 B+'s? what do you get when you measure the voltages on the power pins (5 and 3.3 volts)?

pin 2= 5.078
pin 4 = 5.078
pin 1 = 0.007

shouldnt pin 1 be 3.x vdc?

Thank you. I did order the replacement today.

By the way my 2nd order arrived today: 1829969-9301616801

On this one, the 3B+ shows under voltage detected on 5vdc 1.8a, 2.5a, and 3a charger units. so no matter how large it is, it still shows under voltage. is this problem related to the unit that i just got an RMA for or is this a new problem?

It the Servo hat has the 5V power purchased from AdaFruit but even without the HAT on, the same error is displayed: under voltage detected
