Is a reverse operation part available for Part No. 1490. If so please provide correct Part No.

I'm not sure what you mean by "reverse operation".
If you're looking for normally-closed switches that open when you push them, we don't have any. I don't know of any normally-closed 6mm tact switches off the top of my head.
