You mean to find their value? The usual technique is to throw them into something like a 555 oscillator and measure the resulting frequency.
(actually, the usual technique is probably to use the "capacitance" range available on many mid-range multimeters.)

What I want to know is whether this is Works well or damaged like this
by using multimeter
when its ok What should be on the multimeter

Put it on OHMS. If it is cracked it will be shorted. If it is not cracked then it will read changing ohms as it charges or just "OL". If it is shorted it will read <100 ohms, possibly much less, like zero or 1 or 2 ohms, 5 ohms etc. I have never seen them crack except 1812 size.
