(I'm a noob) Could use some insight from experienced individ

I am planning on 3d printing a button in the same fashion as a staples easy button. I would like to be able to have a switch that when the button is pressed down and released plays a custom sound file through a speaker all of this being inside the enclosed button, I have never done anything like this before and would like some insight on which products would best suit this particular project/idea.
EDIT: I forgot to mention I would like to put a battery inside of it and have a hole to charge the battery on the side of the bottom.

We have a similar project over in the Learning System that uses a Circuit Playground:

You can also use one of our FX Boards to play the sounds:

Those will work together, yes.

The PAM8302 works with the FX Board, and is good for small speakers.
