Low profile, high torque motor for DIT IoT door lock?

I want to make a DIY IoT door lock that puts a low-profile, high torque servo motor, a Wemos D1 Mini, and 3 AAA (rechargeable) batteries in a custom 3D printed housing that will replace the inside portion of a deadbolt. Thing is, I don’t want something that sticks out 3-4” or more, so I need a servo motor that’s almost flat. I know such motors must be available since there are so many commercial (way overpriced) smart door locks available - but I’m having trouble finding one. Help?

You don't really need a servo motor for a lock. A simple gear-motor and some limit switches will do the job. We have high-torque "TT" case gearmotors with metal geartrains here: https://www.adafruit.com/product/3802
