Burn Code Permanently

by the4daspect on Fri Aug 23, 2019 9:14 am

Hi,

I want to burn my code on Adafruit Flora v3 permanently. Is there a way to do it ?

By burn code, I mean I plan to use the Flora in an interactive showcase installation and need same code to there every time I power it up.

Thanks,
S

When you program the Flora, the code is burned into non-volatile Flash memory. It will boot up running that code indefinitely - or until you decide to re-program it.

Great! It is also true for Arduino Uno ?

PS: I am using both in my project.

Yes. The UNO and other Arduino and Arduino compatible microcontrollers all store their programs in non-volatile Flash memory.
