I just started using the Pi Zero W and there's something wrong with it because I get segmentation faults on running most applications. If I take the sd card and place it in another pi zero it works fine.

ex 2259 Segmentation fault | tar xzf - -C "${FW_REPOLOCAL}" --strip-components=1

apt-get updates give

I've worked with the PI for a couple of hours and eliminated any other possibility. I'm just running the PI nothing besides power is connected.

OK, sounds like an internal issue with the CPU/memory, please email support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread, your order number, and request the replacement of one Raspberry Pi Zero W.
